Environment

PLAN-Boulder County considers being good stewards of our environment to be our top priority.

Open space, trail access, land use policies, and our exceptional natural environment are the cornerstones of what make our community great. These are limited resources that need to be maintained and protected.

PLAN-Boulder County believes there should be no development on open space and height limits should be maintained so that all may enjoy Boulder's beautiful views. We must be mindful of steps we take that cannot be undone. We must be mindful about the on-going impacts of climate change.

PLAN-Boulder County supports wise stewardship of Boulder's water resources. We understand that climate change will impact snow-fed water supply systems profoundly in the future.
